NDRates (c) is a Microsoft Visual Basic and Excel application designed to calculate non-domestic business rates for property portfolios. NDRates (c) reports can be copied into other Microsoft applications. What-if modeling allows future liabilities to be assessed. Features include;

The NDRates (c) system is provided under licence agreement. All NDRates (c) software upgrades when available are free of charge.

Additional reasons for using the NDRates rating software even if you already have a software solution;

	Laptop computer use.
	Detailed reporting of R/S (N/J) calculations and TR.
	Answering ah-hoc queries and producing estimates without the need to make data changes to the primary system.

	Testing the primary system against NDRates, especially complex alterations. When changes are made to the primary system these can be checked against NDRates, which is capable of speedily processing several thousand records.

Contingency. NDRates can be used on a network, local or laptop PC. Primary system data can be copied into NDRates and we can provide help to establish a data transfer mechanism if required. Changes in legislation could be available and tested in NDRates before the primary system is modified.
